They either get someone else to do it, dont bother, or take a shower, but im not sure the shower would work, surely if you cant reach to wipe it how the fuck will jumping in a shower help, just moisten up the clingons....

SI, that morbidly obese wipe arse issue is solved by putting two of them together so that they do for one another what they cannot manage for themselves.
This was first tried in the USA but the first couple of fattiest paired up unfortunately fell through the bathroom floor.

Medical reasons accepted but obese people done through their own doing should be paying more council tax, road tax, they should also have to pay for their treatment on the NHS if it's related to their obesity.
Reason for paying more council tax is because they are causing more wear and tear on public places than normal weight people.

When I worked as a waiter in Covent Garden it was a routine occurrence for two of us to be required to prize one of the folding chairs off a lard arse Septic's fat backside.
When I was a tour guide I remember seeing police on horseback in the parks in central London, massive horses, the quadruped's having backsides narrower than some of the Americans I'd be showing around.
Tragic how as a country we've down such a good job in catching them up in the fat obese shameless bastard stakes.

He doesn't look thinner than yesterday.
Whoever mentioned fat people and fat kids is right, absolutely. AND it should be considered a form of abuse, or neglect. My middle daughter has a girl in her class (shes 8) who is so heavy she has to wear knee supports at that age.
